About

I am an award-winning leader and change manager with 20+ years of expertise in consulting, leadership development, coaching, IT system delivery, and project management. I have experience working with employees and leaders at all levels within organizations. I also work with independent contractors and freelancers. 

When executing strategic or change management projects, my approach involves defining goals, designing solutions and implementing changes using methodologies that will lead to the desired outcomes. To ensure buy-in and commitment for the desired goals, I include the impacted stakeholders as much as possible. I use multiple change management methodologies depending on the requirements of the change.  

As a coach, I am a thinking partner with my clients to help the person learn, grow and solve problems. While I let the client guide the conversations, my focus is on ensuring clients are leading a values-based life. Additionally, I coach employees and leaders through change and use an Adaptability assessment when warranted.   

In addition to my work as a coach and organizational effectiveness consultant, I am an instructor in the School of Continuing Studies at MacEwan University. I currently teach courses in leadership, management and supervision, coaching, and business analysis.

I am passionate about building strong relationships, creative problem solving and helping others learn through coaching, facilitation and training.
